We currently have the following opening(s):
Job Duties
Managing a Cisco infrastructure environment
consisting of 20+ servers and 1,000+ users; Designing,
engineering, installing, and maintaining one or several
of the following disciplines: Local and Wide Area
Networks, VOIP Networks, Security Appliances, and
Wireless Networks; Having responsibility for IP
Telephony, voice mail and IVR functions; Installing,
supporting, and configuring routers and switches as well
as all necessary security applications; Providing
ongoing network maintenance, including updates and
security patches; Installing, integrating, and
supporting Internet Content Filtering solutions with
firewalls with LDAP and Active Directory Integration;
Troubleshooting and resolving Active Directory and LDAP
based directory services in a WAN environment, including
issues related to Windows 2003/2008, Solaris, Red Hat
Enterprise Linux, Mac OS operating systems; Monitoring,
evaluating, and solving potential network performance
issues; Managing infrastructure-related and other
network requests and problems; Supporting customers and
employees via email, telephone, and face-to-face
interaction; Evaluating new network technology;
Assisting with the planning and design of future network
architecture; Developing and maintaining documentation
related to the installation, administration, and
maintenance of network infrastructure; Providing
disaster recovery planning and execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Engineering (in any field) or closely related discipline
and five (5) years of progressive
experience in the job offered or in the related
occupations of Consultant, Project Trainee, Customer
Support Engineer, Network Engineer, Network Services
Specialist, or a related occupation. Must have
experience with Network Security, IP telephony and
Multi-protocol/Multi-vendor LAN/WAN Solutions. The
position also requires Professional Level Industry
Certifications in Cisco CCNP/CCDP; and Microsoft MCSE.
Position
This a full-time position, 40 hours per week
